The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing strategies, customer behavior, and operational management, preferably in the textile, apparel, or retail sectors. Key Responsibilities Platform Management : Manage and optimize online storefronts on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio, and the companys own website. Ensure product listings are accurate, engaging, and SEO-optimized. Oversee inventory management, order processing, and timely delivery coordination. Sales & Marketing : Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media ads) to drive traffic and conversion. Analyze sales trends and customer data to optimize product pricing, promotions, and bundling. Collaborate with the design and production teams to align online offerings with seasonal trends and customer preferences. Customer Experience : Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through fast, accurate order fulfillment and responsive customer support. Handle returns, complaints, and feedback with a customer-first mindset. Analytics & Reporting : Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion rate, cart abandonment, and revenue growth. Provide regular reports and actionable insights to management. Team Collaboration : Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, customer service, and design teams. Manage e-commerce assistants or digital marketing personnel as needed. Preferred Skills Working knowledge of ERP and inventory systems. Creative mindset with a good aesthetic sense for product presentation. Experience with influencer marketing and affiliate strategies is a plus.
