1. Coordinate with website, app, and backend development teams for smooth implementation of new features and issue rectification.
2. Manage and oversee complete e-commerce operations, ensuring seamless coordination between store, business, and technical teams.
3. Handle website catalogue management, including product uploads, categorization, pricing, and inventory updates.
4. Plan and execute banner updates, promotional campaigns, and seasonal offers on the website/app.
5. Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure timely implementation of digital assets and promotional creatives.
6. Identify and troubleshoot technical or operational issues impacting the user experience or backend performance.
7. Conduct data analysis and reporting using Power Query, Advanced Excel, or other BI tools to derive insights and support business decisions.
8. Ensure timely coordination for new feature rollouts, UAT testing, and deployment tracking.
