Role & responsibilities Position Overview: We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with the marketing head to develop and execute creative strategies that enhance our brand image and drive customer engagement. You will assist in managing the creative process, from research, concept to completion, ensuring that all creative output aligns with our brand values and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Creative Development: Collaborate with the marketing head to develop and execute innovative concepts, social media calendar and campaigns that resonate with our target audience. - Project Management: Oversee multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, content, digital, to ensure cohesive and effective creative strategies. - Content Creation: Assist in the creation and refinement of visual and written content for various channels, including digital, print, and in-store displays. - Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative materials maintain brand consistency and meet Simpli Namdhari's high standards of quality. - Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform creative strategies. - Feedback and Improvement: Provide constructive feedback to creative team members and facilitate ongoing improvement of creative processes. Qualifications : - Experience: Minimum of 2-6 years of experience in a creative role with agency background - Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Advertising & communication, or a related field. - Skills: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), excellent visual and written communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. - Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a creative team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. - Time Management: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. - Innovation: Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a knack for developing unique and compelling visual content. - Knowledge: A strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends.
