Drive the end-to-end e-commerce growth strategy for the brand across marketplaces and D2C channels, with full ownership of revenue, profitability, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall e-commerce strategy for marketplaces and D2C website to accelerate revenue, profitability, and ROI.
• Drive business performance on Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces through data-led decisions, growth planning, and operational excellence.
• Oversee daily e-commerce operations including planning, inventory, pricing, promotions, catalog quality, and customer experience.
• Collaborate with marketing to execute high-impact performance campaigns, conversion optimization, and brand-building initiatives.
• Strengthen marketplace relationships, negotiate better terms, and unlock new growth opportunities.
• Evaluate and expand into new e-commerce channels and distribution models.
• Build and lead a high-performing e-commerce team with strong process discipline and accountability.
• Deliver robust reporting, insights, and forecasts for leadership decision-making.
