Job Description

Job Title: E-commerce Specialist

Reports to: Director

Key Responsibilities:

1. Online Store Management:

- Manage and maintain the e-commerce (Flipkart market place, Amazon, Zepto) ensuring a smooth user experience and optimal performance.

- Monitor and resolve technical issues, such as payment gateways, shipping integrations, and product uploads.

2. Product Management:

- Manage product listings, including product descriptions, images, and pricing.

- Ensure accurate product information and compliance with company standards.

3. Digital Marketing:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness.

- Manage marketing campaigns, social media promotions, and paid advertising (Flipkart ads PLA , Amazon PPC etc.).

4. Order Management:

- Process and fulfill orders in a timely and efficient manner.

- Resolve customer complaints and issues related to orders, shipping, and returns.

5. Inventory Management:

- Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure accurate product availability and minimize stockouts.

- Collaborate with the inventory team to ensure seamless inventory management.

6. Analytics and Reporting:

- Analyze sales data, website traffic, and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

- Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and areas for optimization.

7. Customer Service:

- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure consistent and high-quality support.

8. Content Management:

- Create and manage content for the e-commerce website, including product descriptions, blog posts, and promotional materials.

- Ensure content is engaging, accurate, and optimized for search engines.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

- Proven experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a related field

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks

Performance Metrics:

- Sales growth and revenue targets

- Website traffic and engagement metrics (e.g., page views, bounce rate, time on site)

- Customer satisfaction and retention rates

- Inventory management and fulfillment efficiency

- Digital marketing ROI and campaign performance
