We are looking for a dedicated E-Commerce Manager - Quick Commerce to join our team in Mumbai on a full-time on-site basis. The E-Commerce Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our e-commerce platforms, devising and implementing online sales strategies, conducting business negotiations, analyzing performance metrics, and enhancing customer service. Collaboration with internal teams to improve the online shopping experience and drive sales growth will also be a key responsibility. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in business negotiation and sales, demonstrate strong analytical skills, exhibit excellent communication and customer service abilities, have experience in managing e-commerce platforms and online sales strategies, and be knowledgeable about SEO, SEM, and digital marketing. The ideal candidate will be able to work both independently and collaboratively in an on-site environment and hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
