About Us:

Pappytech Solutions is a global e-commerce company engaged in cross-border trade and marketplace operations across multiple categories including books, apparel, sports goods, supplements, and more. We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled E-Commerce Listing Executive to manage bulk product listings and data operations on Amazon and other marketplaces.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Mapping product listings as per provided data.
• Preparing accurate product data for bulk file uploads with correct fields and parameters.
• Bulk uploading listings using Amazon Seller Central and marketplace tools.
• Create, manage, and optimise listings for marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, etc.
• Optimise existing listings to improve visibility and performance.
• Maintain structured product data across various parameters.
• Filter, sort, and prepare MIS reports for tracking listings and performance.
• Work with large data sets while ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Raise and coordinate issues/queries with marketplaces, including ticket raising and error resolution.
• Troubleshoot listing errors and ensure compliance with platform requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate (any stream) with strong data-handling skills.
• Prior experience in e-commerce listing operations (Amazon preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, filters, pivots, large data management).
• Detail-oriented and efficient in managing high volumes of data.
• Ability to learn quickly, multitask, and solve problems.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
