E-commerce Fulfillment Associate

Position: E-commerce Fulfillment Associate
Location: Asian Sun City Complex, Kondapur
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in fulfillment operations with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Process online customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch within set timelines.
• Ensure inventory is updated, organized, and well-maintained.
• Coordinate with courier/logistics partners for timely shipments.
• Perform quality checks on products before packing and dispatch.
• Assist in stock receiving, labeling, and storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the warehouse.
• Report stock discrepancies and support periodic inventory audits.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce order fulfillment, warehouse, or logistics.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with inventory/order management software.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, etc.).
• Knowledge of barcoding, scanning, or ERP tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹264,000.00 per year
