As an E-Commerce Executive at Womennovator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the e-commerce business by improving customer experience, executing order fulfilment, and maintaining the digital platform. Your responsibilities will include: - Listing and defining product categories - Coordinating with Sellers/Resellers for product descriptions, pricing, and connecting with Distributors - Researching the background of sellers/resellers - Overseeing the implementation process - Compiling data of Sellers/Resellers, Buyers, and Distributors - Researching product/service demands and market segmentation - Managing daily order operations - Generating reports and MIS as required - Establishing partnerships with new marketplaces for onboarding - Monitoring sales, promotions, marketing, and social media activities on digital platforms To excel in this role, you should possess the following experience and skills: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, information technology, communications, or a related field - Prior experience in a similar field is advantageous - Strong communication and interpersonal abilities - Proficiency in MS Office applications At Womennovator, we focus on continuous growth and open communication within our team.
