Job Description

Key Responsibilities 1. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch: Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatching of orders. Adhere to SLA timelines for dispatches across platforms such as Amazon, Zepto, Instamart, etc. Upload tracking IDs and update order status on all respective seller panels accurately. 2. Logistics Coordination: Coordinate daily pickups with logistics partners (e.g., Safex, Bluedart, Safe Express). Ensure proper handover of shipments with correct documentation (e.g., invoices, manifests). Address and resolve any operational issues with courier partners proactively. 3. Return & RTO (Return to Origin) Management: Monitor RTO shipments regularly and identify root causes for failed deliveries. Take corrective actions to reduce RTO percentage. Handle return shipments and ensure proper reconciliation with warehouse inventory and finance teams. 4. Purchase Order (PO) Handling & Invoicing: Process and acknowledge all incoming POs from marketplace platforms and B2B clients. Work with the accounts team to prepare GST-compliant invoices, e-way bills, and packing slips. Ensure timely documentation and dispatch as per customer requirements. 5. MIS & Reporting: Maintain and update daily reports covering order processing, dispatches, returns, and logistics expenses. Monitor key logistics performance indicators such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), RTO rate, and turnaround times (TAT). Present weekly performance insights to the management. 6. Platform Coordination & Issue Resolution: Manage backend operations on seller platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Zepto Partner Portal, Instamart Console, etc. Resolve platform-related issues including delivery disputes, penalty reversals, return claims, and service-level breaches. Communicate with platform support teams for timely resolution of escalations. Key Requirements 25 years of relevant experience in e-commerce logistics or supply chain operations. Familiarity with logistics documentation (invoices, e-way bills, manifests). Hands-on experience with seller portals like Amazon, Zepto, Instamart, etc. Strong Excel skills and reporting ability.
