Key Responsibilities 1. Order Fulfillment & Dispatch: Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatching of orders. Purchase Order (PO) Handling & Invoicing: Process and acknowledge all incoming POs from marketplace platforms and B2B clients. Work with the accounts team to prepare GST-compliant invoices, e-way bills, and packing slips. Ensure timely documentation and dispatch as per customer requirements. 5. MIS & Reporting: Maintain and update daily reports covering order processing, dispatches, returns, and logistics expenses. Monitor key logistics performance indicators such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), RTO rate, and turnaround times (TAT). Present weekly performance insights to the management. 6. Platform Coordination & Issue Resolution: Manage backend operations on seller platforms such as Amazon Seller Central, Zepto Partner Portal, Instamart Console, etc. Resolve platform-related issues including delivery disputes, penalty reversals, return claims, and service-level breaches. Communicate with platform support teams for timely resolution of escalations. Key Requirements 25 years of relevant experience in e-commerce logistics or supply chain operations. This is a hands-on execution role where the role will manage a team of warehouse operators and ensure seamless coordination between the warehouse and logistics teams. The ideal candidate is a smart execution professional with 4–6 years of experience in warehouse operations, inventory handling, and team management. They should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and ensuring high levels of productivity and accuracy in warehouse processes. 2. Key Responsibilities A. Inbound Operations & Inventory Management Supervise receipt of incoming consignments from factories and suppliers. Ensure proper unloading, verification, and binning of stock into designated warehouse locations. Conduct inventory checks and audits to maintain stock accuracy. Qualifications & Experience Education: Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory). Experience: 4–6 years in warehouse operations, inventory control, and team management. Industry Preference: Toys, FMCG, Consumer Goods, Retail, 3PL (Third-Party Logistics), or E-Commerce. Technical Skills: Experience with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), Tally, SAP, or other ERP tools . Proficiency in inventory tracking and warehouse optimization techniques .
