Reports to: E-commerce Manager
We're seeking a driven E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our home website, driving sales and customer engagement.
- Manage and optimize website content, product listings, and user experience
- Analyze website performance, sales, and customer behavior
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams on website updates and promotions
- Ensure seamless website functionality and troubleshoot issues
- Identify opportunities to improve online sales and customer engagement
- 2-5 years of experience in e-commerce
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and website management
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/E-commerce or related field
- Experience with website management and optimization
- Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing
- Proficiency in MS Office and e-commerce tools
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Familiarity with Indian e-commerce market trends
