Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings, uploads, and updates across e-commerce platforms
Monitor inventory, pricing, and product descriptions to ensure accuracy.
Handle order processing, dispatch coordination, and returns management.
Track sales performance and prepare basic reports.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, logistics, marketing) for smooth operations.
Assist in promotional activities, campaigns, and offers on e-commerce platforms.
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries related to e-commerce orders.

Requirements:

2–4 years of proven experience in e-commerce operations.
Strong understanding of online marketplaces and portals.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, reporting, and data handling.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to adapt and learn new processes quickly.
