Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, optimizing content, managing online orders, analyzing sales performance, and supporting marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms Monitor stock availability and coordinate with Digital Media Team Track online orders, returns, and coordinate with logistics/courier partners for timely delivery. Familiarity with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales data and prepare performance reports. Plan and execute online promotions, campaigns, and discount offers in coordination with the marketing team. Stay updated with e-commerce trends, platform policy changes, and competitor strategies.
