Job Title: E-commerce Executive

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• E-commerce Platform Management:

• Oversee and maintain the company’s e-commerce website and third-party sales channels.

• Ensure seamless integration between online platforms and internal systems.

• Digital Marketing & Campaign Management:

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective campaigns that drive traffic and conversion.

• Data Analysis & Performance Reporting:

• Analyze online sales data, customer behavior, and digital campaign performance.

• Generate regular reports and actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.

• Cross-functional Collaboration:

• Work closely with IT, logistics, product management, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

• Coordinate with vendors and external agencies to support digital initiatives and improve site functionality.

• Inventory & Order Management:

• Monitor product listings, manage inventory levels, and streamline order processing.

• Implement strategies to minimize cart abandonment and enhance customer satisfaction.

• Trend Monitoring & Strategy Development:

• Stay updated with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing.

• Recommend and implement innovative approaches to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field.

• 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the furniture or retail sector.

• Proficient in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO tools, CMS, etc.) and e-commerce platforms.

• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.

• Excellent communication and project management skills.

• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable results.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
