We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven Ecommerce professional to manage and grow our online sales channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platforms, optimizing product listings, analyzing data, coordinating with marketing and logistics, and driving digital sales performance
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and optimize product listings on ecommerce platforms (Flipkart, Amazon, Meesho and Jiomart ).* Monitor site performance, customer experience, and conversion rates.* Collaborate with marketing to execute promotions, SEO/SEM, and social media initiatives.* Listing the products with Zepto, Bigbasket and amazon fresh.* Conduct competitive research and analyse consumer behaviour and trends.* Maintain inventory accuracy and coordinate with supply chain/logistics teams.* Monitor and report on sales performance, traffic data, and KPIs.
