E-commerce executive

We're looking for an E-commerce Executive for our new and exciting line of jewelry. You will onboard product on marketplaces & manage product listings, ensure catalog accuracy, plan website creation and manage updates, product research and help set up and keep our online store looking sharp and running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Should be capable of onboarding product on various national & international marketplaces.
• Create and update product listings including titles, descriptions, images, tags, and metadata.
• Maintain catalog accuracy by updating pricing, variants, and categories.
• Plan and get website created from a vendor and manage updates such as uploading banners, creating collections, and refreshing product pages.
• Perform basic SEO optimization for product pages to improve visibility.
• Coordinate with digital marketing & content creating team for images, banners, and product-related assets.
• Conduct regular quality checks to identify and fix broken links, incorrect details, or mismatched images.

Qualifications & Experience

• 3+ years of experience in the e-commerce industry with a proven track record of driving online sales and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong expertise in managing product listings, inventory management, pricing strategies, and other e-commerce operations to optimise product visibility, customer engagement, and sales conversion.
• Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms, tools, and technologies, including online marketplaces, payment gateways, etc
• Excellent analytical skills in analysing data, conducting market research, and understanding customer behaviour to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Basic knowledge of HTML and SEO for product pages
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficient communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
• Experience managing e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, etc
