Sales Strategist/Business Development Manager

As a candidate for the role, you will be responsible for the following: - Having a long term vision for taking the brand on a success path in the shortlisted markets. - Identifying suitable B2C exhibitions/shows locally & internationally for brand participation. - Planning external & in-house events to showcase the brand to customers. - Handling incoming customers & closing sales independently and through team members. - Assisting management in merchandising of goods from time to time. - Identifying needs and forming a small team of specialists for operations. - Giving achievable sales targets monthly/quarterly and being able to achieve the same. - Being willing to travel domestic/international for shows or events. - Being willing to visit customers" residence/place of work if required. Experience: You should have worked for similar boutique operations for a minimum of 2-3 years in Mumbai in the studded jewelry trade only. Experience in low-cost jewelry will be an added advantage. A proven track record of achievements in your current and previous assignments is essential. Qualifications: A minimum graduate with a good command over the English language. Remuneration: The salary will be supplemented with a commission on sales and will be commensurate with experience. There will be no constraint for deserving candidates.
