Sales Strategist/ Business Development Manager

You should have a long-term vision for leading the brand to success in the chosen markets. This involves identifying appropriate B2C exhibitions and shows both locally and internationally for brand representation. Additionally, you will be responsible for planning and executing external and in-house events to promote the brand to customers. Handling incoming customers and closing sales independently or with the help of team members is a key aspect of the role. Moreover, you will assist in the merchandising of goods as required and have the ability to assemble a team of specialists for operational tasks. Setting and achieving realistic sales targets on a monthly or quarterly basis is also part of the responsibilities. Flexibility to travel for domestic and international shows or events, as well as visiting customers at their location, is essential. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in similar boutique operations within Mumbai's studded jewelry sector. While experience in low-cost jewelry is beneficial, it is not mandatory. A successful track record in previous roles is necessary. The minimum educational requirement is a graduate degree with proficiency in the English language. The remuneration for this position includes a salary along with sales commissions, which will be based on experience and performance.
