We are looking for an e-Commerce Enabler who is an early-career role crafted for individuals with strong analytical ability, interpersonal skills, and business acumen. You will work at the intersection of marketplaces, data, content, and ads, playing a critical role in driving revenue, optimising listings, identifying gaps through RCA, and supporting performance marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.), ensuring product availability, accurate listings, pricing hygiene, and smooth order flow.
• Create, update, and optimise product listings (titles, images, keywords, A+ content) in coordination with creative teams.
• Analyse sales, traffic, conversions, and inventory; prepare weekly dashboards and conduct RCA for performance dips.
• Support performance marketing campaigns (Amazon, Google, Meta); monitor ACOS, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and optimise budgets and creatives.
• Identify growth opportunities, track KPIs, and drive continuous improvement in marketplace performance.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong analytical thinking and comfort with numbers
• Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Structured problem solving + ability to run RCA
• Eagerness to learn e-commerce, analytics, and performance marketing
• High ownership, strong work ethic, and adaptability

Good to Have

• Basic understanding of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub
• Exposure to Google Ads / Meta Ads / Amazon Ads
• Experience with dashboards or BI tools (optional)
