We are looking for a talented Ecommerce Email Campaign Manager with 2+ years of experience to join our growing team. If you are passionate about driving customer engagement, increasing conversions, and creating impactful email campaigns, this is the perfect role for you!

Location: Dwarka Sec-12, Delhi (Delhi candidates preferred)
Experience: 2+ years in Ecommerce email marketing
Tools: Klaviyo – must have hands-on experience

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Plan, create, and execute email campaigns to boost customer retention and sales
✔ Segment audiences, personalize campaigns, and optimize for engagement✔ Manage end-to-end lifecycle marketing through automated workflows✔ Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights✔ Collaborate with product, content, and design teams for aligned communication✔ Ensure brand consistency across all email communications✔ Stay updated with email marketing trends and best practices

Requirements:

✔ 2+ years of experience in Ecommerce email marketing
✔ Proven experience working with Klaviyo
✔ Strong understanding of customer segmentation and personalization strategies✔ Ability to track, report, and optimize key performance metrics✔ Excellent communication and project management skills✔ Creative mindset with attention to detail

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
