Job Description

We are launching an innovative document storage box for both local and global markets and are seeking a results-driven E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to drive our growth across both domestic and global e-commerce platforms. You will be responsible for executing our Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, driving brand visibility, generating leads, and ensuring a successful e-commerce presence, sustained market growth, profitable sales and strong global brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

1. Global & Domestic E-commerce Channel Management, Strategy & Execution

  • Ensure marketplace set-up, management & upscaling
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, pricing strategies, and local marketplace policies
  • Optimize product listings, SEO, catalogues & advertising for all e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, eBay, Shopify, Alibaba, Walmart, etc.)
  • Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of all activities

2. Brand Promotion & Awareness

  • Plan and execute brand activation campaigns across online and offline channels
  • Develop engaging marketing content, creatives, and messaging
  • Collaborate with vendors for digital campaigns and media outreach

3. Lead Generation & Market Development

  • Identify and target key customer segments (B2B/B2C)
  • Drive digital campaigns, email marketing, and partnerships to generate leads
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline, supporting the sales team in conversions

4. Market Intelligence & Feedback

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product teams for improvements
  • Track and report campaign performance to management

5. Stakeholder & Partner Coordination

  • Liaise with channel partners, distributors, and vendors for promotions and events.
  • Align GTM activities with revenue goals in collaboration with sales leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelors/Masters in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 6–8 years’ experience in

    product marketing, brand management, or GTM execution

    (preferably in e-commerce).
  • Proven success in launching products and driving market adoption.
  • Strong command of digital & offline marketing channels.
  • Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
