Job Description

We’re Hiring: E-commerce & D2C Manager


E-commerce & Direct-to-Consumer (D2C)


What You’ll Do

  • Drive online sales across 

    D2C website, marketplaces, and quick commerce platforms.

  • Manage 

    Amazon/Flipkart/Nykaa

     accounts and optimise listings & campaigns.
  • Lead performance marketing (Google, Meta, influencer, affiliate) to improve 

    ROA's & CAC.

  • Enhance customer journey: UX, retention, subscription models, CRM & loyalty programs.
  • Own 

    P&L for e-commerce

     and deliver strong growth.


What We’re Looking For

  • 3–4 years

     of e-commerce/D2C experience (Nutraceuticals/Health/FMCG preferred)
  • Hands-on with 

    Shopify/E-Commerce, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub

  • Data-driven mindset, strong digital marketing expertise, customer-first approach
  • Proven track record of scaling online brands
