We are currently hiring a E-commerce & Customer Experience Intern.

This internship gives you hands-on exposure to everything from customer service and retention to sales and operations at one of India’s fastest-growing baby & kids brands. 

Position: Customer Experience Intern 

Location: Hauz Khas, New Delhi (In-office) 

Type: Internship 

Duration: 3–6 months 

Stipend: Based on interview

About the Role:

We’re looking for a smart, empathetic and proactive individual to join our Customer Experience team. If you're eager to learn, love talking to people, and want to be part of a fast-growing D2C brand- this is for you.

What You'll Do:

- Handle customer interactions across WhatsApp, calls, emails & DMs 

- Assist in solving order issues, returns, exchanges, etc. 

- Reach out to customers for feedback & support 

- Collaborate with marketing, ops & sales teams 

- Represent the brand at offline events (if any) 

What We’re Looking For:

- Clear, friendly communicator (Hindi + English) 

- Highly organised with strong follow-up skills 

- Proactive and accountable 

- A good attitude > experience
