Develop and execute ecommerce channel strategies across marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.) and D2C website.
Identify channel-specific growth opportunities and seasonal sales plans.
Forecast sales and demand based on market trends and promotional calendars.
Manage day-to-day operations across assigned ecommerce platforms.
Ensure product listings, pricing, content, and inventory are accurate and up to date.
Maintain strong relationships with marketplace account managers.
Monitor daily sales, traffic, conversion rates, and return rates.
Analyze performance metrics and implement data-driven optimization tactics.
Manage advertising budgets (AMS, Flipkart Ads, etc.) and ROI targets.
Plan and execute promotional campaigns and new product launches online.
Collaborate with digital marketing and creative teams for product visibility and conversion optimization.
Ensure brand consistency across all ecommerce touchpoints.
Coordinate with supply chain, finance, and customer service teams for smooth order fulfillment and issue resolution.
Manage product availability, pricing parity, and channel margins.
Track and manage POs, payments, and returns.
Generate weekly/monthly sales and performance reports.
Present insights and recommendations to management for growth and improvement.
