E-commerce Business Analysis

As a Business Analyst for the Retail domain, you will play a crucial role as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between Clients and technical teams. Your responsibilities will include helping in Product designing, implementation, and demonstrating expertise in the e-commerce/Retail domain. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, document, and provide solutions for requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and analyze business requirements for e-commerce solutions. - Create wireframes and mockups for application user interfaces. - Act as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure platform capabilities meet business needs. - Identify areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce operational bottlenecks. - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and test cases. - Ensure adherence to industry standards, data privacy, and regulatory compliance. - Analyze e-commerce data to evaluate performance metrics such as sales conversion rates, site traffic, and customer retention. - Prepare actionable insights and reports to facilitate decision-making. - Communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders as the primary point of contact. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and presales/marketing teams, to ensure project success. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of the e-commerce domain. - 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role for US/UK/ANZ based e-commerce/retail industry customers with active involvement with customer stakeholders. - Proficiency in wireframing/mockup designing tools like Figma/Balsamiq or similar. - Proficient in MS Office applications. - Excellent English communication skills and logical thinking ability.,
