E-commerce Business Analysis

As a Business Analyst for the Retail domain, your role will involve being the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between clients and technical teams. You will assist in product designing, implementation, and showcase expertise in the e-commerce/retail domain. Key Responsibilities: - Gather, analyze, document, and propose solutions for requirements. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for e-commerce solutions. - Design wireframes and mockups for application user interfaces. - Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to align platform capabilities with business needs. - Identify areas for process improvement to enhance efficiency and reduce bottlenecks. - Maintain comprehensive documentation such as functional specifications, user stories, and test cases. - Ensure compliance with industry standards, data privacy, and regulations. - Analyze e-commerce data to evaluate performance metrics like sales conversion rates, site traffic, and customer retention. - Generate actionable insights and reports to aid decision-making. - Communicate project updates, milestones, and risks to stakeholders. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and presales/marketing teams to ensure project success. Qualifications Required: - Strong knowledge of the e-commerce domain. - 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst for US/UK/ANZ based e-commerce/retail industry customers. - Proficiency in wireframing/mockup designing tools like Figma/Balsamiq or similar. - Proficient in MS Office applications. - Excellent English communication skills and logical thinking ability.
