3–6 month E-commerce Assistant Internship

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in managing and updating product listings on the website and app
• Support order processing, tracking, and customer service inquiries
• Monitor product performance, sales trends, and stock availability
• Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and product launches
• Ensure product descriptions, pricing, and images are accurate and engaging
• Conduct competitor and market research to support business growth strategies

Who We’re Looking For:

• Passionate about e-commerce, digital retail, or online business operations
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with great attention to detail
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar) is a plus
• Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets for data entry and reporting
