E-commerce Account Reconciliation Executive

🛠 Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly

  reconciliation of orders and payments

  from all marketplaces (Myntra, Ajio, Amazon, Flipkart, JioMart, Bewakoof).
• Verify

  commissions, logistics charges, returns, RTO charges, penalties

  , and other marketplace deductions.
• Prepare and maintain

  P&L statements for online marketplaces

  .
• Handle

  invoicing

  for marketplace orders and internal accounting entries.
• Track and reconcile

  returns, wrong returns, and damaged product cases

  ; raise claims where needed.
• Identify mismatches between marketplace settlements and internal sales data.
• Follow up with marketplace account managers regarding disputes, deductions, and delayed payments.
• Prepare

  accurate MIS reports

  and update reconciliation trackers.
• Communicate with warehouse and finance teams for data validation and stock-related clarifications.
• Ensure timely and accurate maintenance of financial documentation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Commerce, Accounting, Finance

  , or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce reconciliation (freshers with strong accounting knowledge can also apply).
• Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Basic formulas).
• Basic understanding of accounting concepts (P&L, invoicing, GST preferred).
• Good numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage large datasets with accuracy and speed.

✨ Preferred Skills

• Experience with Unicommerce, EasyEcom, Browntape, or Tally (added advantage).
• Understanding of GST, TCS, and marketplace settlement cycles.
• Experience in e-commerce or footwear/fashion industry (bonus).
