About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry & Invoicing Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Enter and update data in company databases and spreadsheets accurately.
Prepare and generate customer invoices in coordination with the accounts and sales team.
Verify and reconcile invoice data to ensure accuracy.
Maintain organized records of all financial transactions and data files.
Assist in daily administrative and clerical tasks as required.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth data flow and timely invoicing.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
0–2 years of experience in data entry, accounting, or administrative roles.
Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and basic computer operations.
Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data handling.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
