Job Description

Role & responsibilities

PO & Order Management

Maintain and update a centralized Purchase Order (PO) tracker for all e-commerce accounts.
Validate incoming POs, highlight discrepancies, and coordinate corrections.
Create accurate Sales Orders and monitor end-to-end order execution in real time.

2. Appointment & Dispatch Coordination

Coordinate with account managers from platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy, Flipkart, Amazon, and BigBasket for delivery appointments.
Ensure timely slot booking and smooth dispatch scheduling.

3. Reporting & Dashboard Management

Develop and maintain dashboards and trackers using
advanced Excel skills
(pivot tables, lookup functions, charts, etc.).
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for leadership review.

4. Automation & Process Improvement

Create and enhance Excel templates, macros, and VBA scripts to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with supply chain, warehouse, accounts, and e-commerce operations teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and timely customer deliveries.
