Job Description

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Specialist who has hands-on experience in Shopify store management, lead generation, sales conversion, and social media marketing. The ideal candidate should be passionate about technology, marketing strategy, and growth in the startup ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and maintain the company’s Shopify e-commerce website (product listings, design updates, plugins, and customer flow optimization).
• Develop and execute online marketing campaigns across social media, email, and digital platforms.
• Generate qualified leads and handle sales follow-ups via calls, chat, and digital platforms.
• Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) with engaging content and paid ad campaigns.
• Implement and track SMM (Social Media Marketing) and SEO/SEM strategies for brand visibility.
• Collaborate with management to develop new marketing funnels and conversion strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and prepare periodic marketing reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, Shopify management, and digital marketing.
• Proven track record in lead generation and online sales conversion.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and customer engagement skills (phone, chat, and social platforms).
• Ability to work independently and contribute to a growing startup environment.

Pay: ₹9,370.79 - ₹21,784.26 per month
