Job Description

Design, develop and implement solutions within Dynamics 365 environment. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 applications. Conduct data migration and integration activities with existing systems. Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and transform them into technical specifications. Customize Dynamics 365 solutions to meet client-specific needs. Develop and maintain technical documentation for Dynamics 365 projects. Engage in project management tasks to ensure timely delivery of solutions. Test and validate functionalities of developed solutions. Monitor application performance and suggest optimization strategies. Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards during solution deployment. Conduct training sessions for end-users and stakeholders. Support in the identification and resolution of technical issues related to applications. Stay updated with the latest Dynamics 365 features and best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement integrated solutions. Assist in the planning and execution of application upgrades and enhancements.
