Dynamics 365 ERP Consultant

The Dynamics 365 ERP Consultant will play a pivotal role in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing support of Dynamics 365 ERP solutions for our clients. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes and Dynamics 365 capabilities, providing expert advice and solutions to ensure optimal system performance and user satisfaction.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions using Dynamics 365.

Lead the implementation and configuration of Dynamics 365 ERP modules to meet client needs.

Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use and maintain the system.

Collaborate with project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Stay current with Microsoft Dynamics 365 updates and new technologies, continuously enhancing your knowledge and skills.

Troubleshoot and resolve any Dynamics 365 ERP issues, providing post-implementation support as needed.

Develop and maintain documentation related to Dynamics 365 ERP configurations, processes, and user guides.

Qualifications:

Bachelordegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related field.

Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 ERP Consultant or similar role.

Strong understanding of business processes and experience in providing solutions to improve client operations.

Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Required Certifications:

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate

Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365: Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Power BI or other business intelligence tools.

Knowledge of additional Dynamics 365 modules or other ERP systems.

Project management experience or certifications.
