Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform Technical Lead/Architect

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform Technical Lead/Architect with 7 to 12 years of experience to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform. Roles and Responsibility Design, implement, and lead the technical aspects of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions. Ensure alignment with business requirements and IT strategy through solution design and architecture. Oversee customization and configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform (Model-Driven, Canvas, Portal Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the development team throughout project phases. Establish and enforce best practices, coding standards, and governance policies for development, deployment, and support of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform solutions. Collaborate closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Job Requirements Strong expertise in C#, JavaScript, and HTML for customization and development within Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Experience with Power BI and SSRS for reporting and analytics. Knowledge of Common Data Service (Dataverse) and its role in data storage and integration within the Microsoft ecosystem. Familiarity with API development and integration using REST, OData, and SOAP protocols. Experience with security roles and permissions in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional team collaboration. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality results within deadlines. Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.
