• JOB RESPOSIBILITIES :-

Experience of Village level liaisoning, Administration Liaisoning, Legal and court cases experience, Land related matter settling etc.

Must be serving in Rajasthan

• Statutory Compliances & Land Management:-

• Liaisoning for

  Land purchasing from Farmers & Villagers, Registration & Payments, Mutations, Demarcation, Complete procedures of Govt. & Pvt. Land Acquisition,

  Clearances from statutory authority

  etc. Planning for land acquisition activities. Land acquisition for plant area, railway siding and mining lease area directly and through land acquisition process & related statutory clearances. Verification of documents pertaining to land records. Handling total acquisition process including identification of sites, short listing, execution of suitable documents after legal due diligence. Rehabilitation & Resettlement of project affected people. Legal aspects of R& R policy. Liasioning with Secretariat, Collector, Tahsildar, Sub-Registrar Sarpanch, Department of Revenue, Forest, Water Resources, Energy, Law, Labour, Town & Country Planning, Municipal Corporation, and other Govt. bodies for getting various approvals. Coordination with Govt. officials, local consultants and vendors to ensure successful and timely completed various activities. Issue related to Industrial Relation. Co-ordinate with lawyers regarding litigations. Process and maintain all internal & external approvals. Evaluating land, properties and proposing the feasible options. Dealing with Villagers, Brokers, Property Consultants, Land Owners, Government bodies & Real Estate Consultants. Construction and site management.

• Legal metters :-

• All Legal matters drafting and documentation. Hiring and Conferences with Sr. Advocates at High Court & Supreme Court on different legal matters.

• Land Acquisition :-

• Purchase of land from private farmers

  Land acquisition through Govt. under land acquisition act 1894.

• Monitoring of CSR Activities (Social Welfare functions and activities):-

• We have adopted

  villages and we are doing this activities

  for our adopted villages viz : General Health Checkup Camps, Health care through Mobile Van, ITI Training,

  Distribution of Books & stationery, Sports Kit, occasional competition Programmes, Encouragement &

  Adoption of Meritorious poor Boys & Girls for Higher Education, Basic Infrastructure Development like -

  Construction of road, Hand pumps for Drinking water, Street Lights, Donation & Active participation in villages every Cultural Programmes like Ganeshotsav,Durgaotsav, Deepawali-Dussera, Mela-Mandai, all local festivals

  &

  other Social events & Cultural Programmes as and when required etc.

• Liaisoning work with Govt Authorities like RSIDC, DIC, SECRETARIAT & MANTRALAYA, COLLECTORATE etc. for all types of Statutory Permission, Clearances & Approvals.

• Permits And Clearance :- All statutory clearances from all govt. agencies, public bodies like District and state (Secretariat dept: Mining, Energy, Water resources, General administration, Public Relation, Leagal, Finance, Home, Revenue, Industires.). Liaison with Labor office and safty officer,

  Boiler Inspector, pollution control board.

• Land Acquisition :-

• Purchase of land from private farmers (around 69 Acrs has been purchased). Land acquisition through Govt. under land acquisition act 1894.

• Public Relation :-

• Day to day Corporate Affairs matters,

  Liaison with local as well state level politician. PR with District, State and Central Govt. Officials and Local Media.
