Role Overview: You will be a DWS Operations Senior Analyst within the TPRM process focusing on Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Gateway Control and Oversight processes related to Billing and Invoicing. Your role will involve project work and collaboration with various departments to ensure compliance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: - Implement and execute daily operations of TPRM Gateway Control and Oversight processes - Assist in centralizing the Global Invoice Verification process in coordination with GF&B and SAP transformation project - Review TPRM documentation for accuracy - Validate invoice details for correctness and adherence to legal and contractual requirements - Centrally oversee all fee transactions, ensuring accuracy and timely processing - Analyze and resolve Cash-Breaks, conduct reconciliations, and follow up on past due accounts - Provide data to finance and reporting departments - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders such as Procurement, Contract Management, Finance Department, Custodians, CRM, and Audit - Review new contract setups for operational feasibility - Challenge existing operational processes, support project initiatives, and ensure documentation, standardization, and optimization of processes - Align with strategic goals and regulatory requirements like Key Operating Documents (KOD), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) - Ensure high-quality oversight and reporting - Participate in projects Qualifications Required: - Completed business studies or equivalent qualification - Accounting skills, preferably in fund or financial accounting - Experience in operations within asset management is advantageous - Knowledge of products and systems like Simcorp Dimension, Aladdin, or SAP is advantageous - Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel - Strong willingness to learn and explore new opportunities - Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken - Experience in customer and service provider interactions - Team player with a proactive approach and ability to share knowledge - Initiative-driven with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving measurable results Additional Company Details: Deutsche Bank promotes a culture of empowerment, responsibility, commercial thinking, initiative, and collaboration.
