As the Front Office team manager, your role involves overseeing the Front Office team and taking on the responsibilities of the hotel as the Duty Manager when the Front Office Manager is absent. You will be required to monitor lobby traffic and allocate team members as necessary. Additionally, prompt and efficient handling of complaints, along with taking necessary actions, is a key aspect of this position.
