Duty Manager : Resort

Job Summary:
The Duty Manager is responsible for supervising daily hotel operations and guest services during their shift. They ensure a smooth workflow across departments and resolve guest issues efficiently. Proficiency in IDS Software is essential for handling reservations and reporting.Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise front desk, housekeeping, and guest service operations.
• Oversee guest check-in/check-out using IDS Software.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by resolving complaints promptly.
• Coordinate between departments to maintain service standards.
• Generate occupancy and revenue reports.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management.
• 1–3 years in a similar role with IDS Software and OTS Bookings knowledge
• Strong communication and team management skills.
• Flexible with shifts; problem-solving attitude.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
