Job Description

Key responsibilities

  • Staff and operations management:
  • Supervise, train, and schedule front desk staff.
  • Oversee daily operations, including check-ins and check-outs.
  • Ensure staff adherence to hotel policies and procedures.
  • Guest relations and service:
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
  • Address and resolve issues to ensure a positive guest experience.
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional front desk environment.
  • Coordination and administration:
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance.
  • Manage reservations, room assignments, and front desk supplies.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping and billing.
  • Safety and compliance:
  • Uphold health, safety, and security standards.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
