Duty Engineer

Role Overview: As a Maintenance Representative at the hotel, your main responsibility is to ensure that guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience during their stay. This includes repairing, replacing, and refurbishing items throughout the hotel, maintaining safety and cleanliness indoors and outdoors, and proactively seeking ways to enhance guest satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with your supervisor or duty manager to monitor supply levels, adhere to the preventative maintenance calendar, and assist with additional tasks as needed to support the team.
