Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Due Diligence Manager located in Rajkot. The Due Diligence Manager will be responsible for overseeing and conducting thorough due diligence on potential transaction opportunities. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing financial statements, assessing risk factors, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and preparing detailed reports. The role also involves collaborating with other departments and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and comprehensive due diligence processes.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial statements and assess risk factors

Experience in conducting due diligence and compliance assessments

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Proficiency in accounting and financial analysis software and tools

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with valid ICAI membership.

Experience in the investment or financial services industry is a plus
