Due Diligence Analyst

Role & responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive due diligence on potential investment opportunities, including financial analysis, market research, and risk assessment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze relevant data, ensuring all aspects of the target company are thoroughly evaluated.
• Prepare detailed due diligence reports, highlighting key findings, risks, and opportunities for investment decisions and share results to internal teams and clients, articulating key assumptions and sensitivities.

Preferred candidate profile

Advanced degree (MBA, CA,CFA) is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques. • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or related field is preferred
