DTP Operator

• We are looking for a skilled

  DTP (Desktop Publishing) Operator

  to design, format, and finalize academic or marketing content for print and digital distribution
• The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, a good sense of design and layout, and proficiency in DTP tools such as Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and MS Office
• The role requires close coordination with content, design, and editorial teams to ensure error-free, visually appealing, and brand-aligned deliverables

1. Content Design Formatting

• Design and format academic materials, brochures, manuals, worksheets, and booklets.

• Work on page layouts, typesetting, and graphical elements as per company branding guidelines.

• Ensure high-quality, print-ready and digital-ready output files.

• Manage font styles, image placements, and page alignments for readability and aesthetics.

2. Collaboration Coordination

• Collaborate with content writers, editors, and designers for text and visual alignment.

• Incorporate feedback and corrections from the content and quality teams.

• Maintain version control and proper documentation of all files and formats.

3. Quality Accuracy

• Proofread and review layouts for grammar, alignment, and formatting consistency.

• Check color accuracy, resolution, and print specifications before final submission.

• Ensure timely delivery of assigned projects with zero errors.

4. File Management Delivery

• Organize and maintain file archives systematically.

• Export and deliver output files in required formats (PDF, PNG, JPG, etc.).

• Ensure all assets are optimized for both print and digital use.

• Education:

• Experience:

Technical Skills:

• Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW, and MS Office.

• Strong knowledge of typesetting, formatting, and layout design.

• Familiarity with pre-press and printing processes.

Soft Skills:

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Team player with a proactive and organized approach.
