We power creators, brands, and businesses with high-quality print fulfillment at scale. --- Role Overview We are seeking a DTF Printing Operator to handle daily print production, ensuring top-quality prints and smooth workflow across machines, curing units, and heat presses. --- Key Responsibilities Operate and manage DTF printers (Pixy T4, Epson, etc.) efficiently. Prepare and process artwork files through RIP software (MainTop, CADlink, or Acrorip). Handle film loading, white ink layering, powdering, and curing with precision. Execute heat transfer operations with correct temperature, pressure, and timing. Perform daily printer maintenance (nozzle checks, head cleaning, ink circulation). Troubleshoot printing issues like color banding or white ink blockage. Maintain stock of films, powders, and inks. Ensure consistent humidity and cleanliness around machines. Coordinate with the design and production teams for accurate order fulfillment. --- Requirements Experience: 1–3 years in DTF, DTG, or digital printing. Technical Skills: Understanding of color profiles, heat transfer, and fabric handling. Design Tools (optional): Basic Photoshop Education: Diploma or ITI in Printing Technology or equivalent.
