Job Description

ShikshaRatna Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented DTP Operator with 1–2 years of experience. The ideal candidate must be proficient in exam preparation tasks, documentation, and overall computer operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, format, and finalize exam papers for various classes.
• Manage exam conduction support, including structure, formatting, and scheduling documents.
• Perform OMR checking and maintain accurate result records.
• Work efficiently in Microsoft Excel for data entry, reports, and formatting.
• Use tools like ChatGPT or PDF editors for content editing.
• Coordinate with printing partners for timely printing and delivery of exam materials.
• Coordinate with faculties to collect and prepare exam papers on time.
• Maintain all digital files, folders, and document versions systematically.
• Ensure quality control of printed exam materials and final documents.
• Support the team with admin tasks and computer operations as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience as a DTP Operator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of exam paper formatting & OMR handling.
• Excellent command of Microsoft Excel & MS Office tools.
• Comfortable using PDF Editors and AI tools like ChatGPT.
• Strong computer operation knowledge.
• Ability to handle work pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication & coordination skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and responsibility in all tasks.

Salary

• As per experience and skill level.
