Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Counsellor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to guide students effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle student counselling for career guidance & admissions
• Manage inbound & outbound calls
• Maintain follow-up with students and parents
• Provide accurate information about courses & programs
• Maintain records and reporting

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Female candidates only
• 3 to 5 years of counselling or tele-counselling experience
• Excellent communication in Hindi & English
• Confident, well-spoken & goal-oriented
• Ability to handle targets and client interactions
