Job Description – DTP Operator

Job Summary:
The DTP Operator will be responsible for preparing, designing, and formatting official documents, reports, and presentations. The role requires excellent technical proficiency in MS Office applications, strong typing accuracy, and attention to detail to ensure the quality and consistency of all materials produced.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, format, and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Type and proofread official letters, circulars, and forms with high accuracy and clarity.
• Coordinate with departments to collect data and compile reports in the required formats.
• Ensure adherence to organizational standards in all printed and digital materials.
• Assist in document printing, scanning, and related administrative tasks.Qualifications and Experience:
• Educational Qualification: Graduate or Diploma in DTP / Computer Applications or related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1 to 3 years of relevant experience.

· Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
