Role Overview: As a DTP Operator, you will utilize your hands-on experience in Corel Draw, MS Office, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator to handle typesetting, adaptations of digital marketing creatives, page layouts for reports and catalogs, and image correction or manipulation. Your expertise in Grids and Guidelines, layout sensitivity, and understanding of Fonts will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the specified timelines. Your exceptional designing skills, especially in design and photo-editing software, will be essential to guarantee the timely completion of all tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize Corel Draw, MS Office, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator for typesetting, digital marketing creatives, and page layouts. - Apply Grids and Guidelines effectively for accurate layouts. - Correct and manipulate images as required. - Use previous typing experience to enhance performance. - Demonstrate creative and confident approach as a DTP operator, preferably from a textbook publishing/printing firm. - Handle PDF corrections efficiently. - Execute typesetting, layout, and designing for textbook publishing projects. Qualifications Required: - Hands-on experience in Corel Draw, MS Office, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. - Proficiency in working with Grids and Guidelines. - Previous experience in typing. - Creative and confident DTP operator background, preferably from a textbook publishing/printing firm. - Familiarity with PDF corrections. - Experience in typesetting, layout, and designing for textbook publishing.
