Responsibility:
· Maintains and updates payroll records and reports
· Preparation and verification of payroll data for the purpose of ensuring accurate and timely payments for members.
· Responsibility of analyzing, preparing, and inputting payroll data into automated systems.
· Review all payroll journal entries as well as reconcile payroll general ledger accounts and regular bank statements.
· Prepare relevant weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports
· Monitor the accurate processing of staff appointments, transfers, promotions and terminations
· Prepare and review payroll account reconciliations
· Maintain accurate account balances
· Review and improve payroll policies and procedures
· Oversee the maintenance of current employee data systems
· Ensure all payroll information and records are maintained in accordance with statutory requirements

· Proficiency with payroll software
